Why We Use It

We use this information to run school access, let learners save work, allow teachers to review progress, support access and billing administration, keep audit records, and respond to privacy or support requests.

Children's Information

School access is school-led. Learners under 18 are onboarded through a school class join code only after the school access agreement is recorded. Schools receive a parent or guardian information letter template before onboarding.

Hosting And Cross-Border Processing

Kids WebDev uses managed hosting and database services to run the app. Hosting, logs, database processing, or support processing may involve infrastructure outside South Africa. The school is informed of this as part of onboarding.

Your Choices And Rights

Parents, guardians, schools, and learners can ask for access, correction, deactivation, deletion, or anonymisation of learner information through the school or the privacy contact above. Some audit records may be retained where needed for accountability, security, or legal reasons.
