School Access Terms

These terms support Kids WebDev school access with Harding Christian Academy in South Africa.

School Access Scope

• School access is available to participating South African schools and groups confirmed in writing.
• The app is for educational use: lessons, code projects, submissions, feedback, and progress.
• Learner data is not used for advertising or unrelated marketing.

School Responsibilities

• Confirm the school contact authorised to accept the school access agreement.
• Send the parent or guardian information letter before learners join.
• Tell Kids WebDev when a learner leaves the school, class, or programme.
• Help verify correction, export, withdrawal, deletion, or anonymisation requests.

Acceptable Use

Learners must use the app for class work and safe experimentation. Teachers and admins may remove content or deactivate access where content is unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or outside the education purpose.

Availability And Support

The team will make reasonable efforts to keep lessons, saving, class joins, feedback, and admin exports working during school access. Support requests can be sent through the Kids WebDev contact form or the participating school.
